We have obtained your personal data through the relations that you have maintained with the World Social Forum of Transforming Economies (WSFTE) you may have participated in your actions or want to be informed.
In accordance with the provisions in force in the field of Data Protection, by accepting the present Privacy Policy, the user gives their informed, express, free and unequivocal consent so that the personal information provided through of any of our forms or the emails made available, are included in a file owned by the WSFTE.
In order to carry out our mission of social transformation, we carry out actions that involve the treatment of data of the participants and supporters, such as sending the WSFTE bulletin or other informative communications via email or postal, or by email or calls to manage memberships, queries, etc.
The data we deal with for legitimate purposes, are necessary data in order to keep in touch with you (name, surname, ID, email, telephone number, address, account number if you are a member or donor).

Your data may be transferred to the following recipients with the following reasons:
- Public Administrations: for the fulfillment of the legal obligations to which the WSFTE is subject by its activity.
- Those transfers to third parties that are necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations derived from the projects in which you voluntarily participate.
- Providers that need to access the data for the provision of services that the WSFTE has contracted them, and with whom the FSMET has signed the confidentiality and personal data treatment agreements required by the privacy protection regulations.
