What is the VIRTUAL FORUM of the FSMET?
The ON LINE FORUM is the networked space to organize the participation towards the WSFET. This space is based on the DECIDIM program. DECIDIM is a free software distribution specially designed for the participation in organizations and institutions that has as a basis the self-organization and the participative democracy.
